• A:Answer There are a couple of ways to get a browser "on your TV". You can send the output of a PC ( Windows 10 is what I use ) to a TV instead of the PC monitor with a HDMI cable. You can buy Google Chromecast ( and others ) to transmit the PC output to a TV. That way you can display on the TV anything you can display on your PC monitor. Hope this helps.

• A:Answer Typical sound from small speakers. OK, but.... You will need other equipment to enjoy the full sound capabilities from the TV. ( I feed an old RCA home theater from the TV which has an RCA subwoofer accessory attached and the sound is GREAT! Actually the small internal speakers aren't bad when enhanced by a subwoofer ) Talk to a Best Buy associate for options.

• A:Answer CC seems to work only regular local channels, cable/satellite etc.. Amazon has its own cc options just like Netflix. You will have to turn them on, just press the down arrow button when watching any show on Amazon and look for cc keep in mind not all shows support cc.

• A:Answer I don't know for sure about your RF headphones specifically, but I plugged my Home Theater Receiver into the "audio out" plug ( on the rear, on the side panel , under the HDMI port - Look for it on P36 of the manual). It disables the internal speakers and allows the volume control on the SonyTV to adjust the sound volume coming out of the Home Theater speakers. I have to use a second remote to turn the Home Theater on, but from then on, the Channel and Volume are controlled by the Sony factory remote- which is 95% of my watching/listening needs. You nay have to purchase an adapter to get the TV audio out to match to your RF headphone unit input. Ask a Best Buy technician if you have questions.
