“I connected a usb thumb drive to tv. when I shut the tv off the light on the drive stays on. is there a setting to shut off the USB port when the TV goes off.”

Hi DJmike, this is normal as the TV powers up the devices connected to its USB port. There is no setting to turn off that function. Regards, -Mark
