• Don't waste your time on the link from SonyListens, Papa. This is just a generic (automated?) response that points to their support site, which has absolutely no information on this model. Apparently, "SonyListens" doesn't. If we're having this much trouble BEFORE we buy, just imagine the fiasco you'll have AFTER you own it and need help.

• Manufacturers tend tp make different model numbers for different merchants so that they don't have to price each other, Often the specs are identical to another model number. Model #'s made specifically for Best Buy may not show up on the Sony site, but you'll find something very similar.
