The X800H Series has Edge LED and Direct LED backlight type depending on the screen size while both X900H and X950H have Direct (Full-Array LED) backlight type. X950H has the S-Force Front Surround feature, while the other two do not have. All the models will have the Apple AirPlay and HomeKit feature via a future firmware update.
