Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.no.....if you read up one the panels. one pixel even a couple blown but not together a,k,a cluster, its not considered a defect bye industry standards ,,and if you are sitting the appropriate distance youll never see it ..and one blown pixel does not have a domino effect ..so no worries of the surrounding pixels going out ,,now if you have o.c.d ...then return it and fire the t,v up in store before you leave ...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. While this may be a manufacturing norm, there are many TVs out there without a single bad pixel so it makes me feel like I received a lemon. Since I'm paying retail price for the tv, I will be reaching out to bestbuy to try and get an exchange. If I'm paying less than retail price, I may be convinced to keep what I have .

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a bad pixel on mine as well. I stopped by Best Buy today and they said if the TV was purchased Black Friday or after, the return is valid through January 15th. I'm waiting till after the holiday madness there to do it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, thank you for your message. What you may be seeing is one or more of the greater than 2,000,000 dots that make up the composition of the LCD screens and LED screens. These dots (also known as pixels) may appear red, green, blue, white or black. For more information, check the link below: https://us.en.kb.sony.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/39807. -Oscar.
