QuestionMy tv is connecting to the internet.... but everytime I try to get Netflix to play. It says I need internet connection. It is already connected wirelessly. Can you offer me any advice?

- Answer I have this issue every time I turn the tv on. It takes about a minute to connect to the wifi after turning the tv on. If your issue is the same, I recommend just waiting a few moments after turning the power on.

- Answer It's...tolerable. I prefer to use Vue on the PS4 Pro, since it is much faster. But if you only have the TV as an option, it is serviceable. Includes the guide and enhanced interface, like the Amazon Fire TV/PS3/PS4, not the clunky Roku version.

- Answer No, but you can purchase a universal remote that will give you the flexibility to have backlit. My recommendations tend to be the Harmony Remote

- Answer The September 20 2016 Firmware update for the TV includes the HDR software. So yes you can use your Sony Blu-Ray player and achieve HDR results.
