- Answer Hello Anthony, If you are asking about PS5 running 4K/120fps, we recommend checking out our X900H and Z8H models. These models support 4K/120fps. The A8H only supports HDMI eARC. QuestionJust purchased Sony 55" Class A8H Series OLED. Trying to get the 4k resolution but pop up states HDM1 port does not support this & HDCP 2.2 required for 4k UHD. How is this advertised as 4k tv when port is not here for it? How do we watch this tv in 4k?

- Answer It's HDMI 2.0. However, HDMI 2.1 cable are backwards compatible so it wouldn't matter.

QuestionI've seen pictures where the legs of the stand appear to be at different angles. Are they adjustable so I can adjust the clearance under this TV?

QuestionI have a corner TV stand that is 12" deep. It says the stand legs are 12 & 7/8" deep. Do they sit flat in the back so they can hang over the edge a little? Or are they adjustable so they can be angled in instead of out?

- Answer Hi BabsS, The stand of the XBR-55A8H can be adjusted so your TV display won't disturb your viewing, even when used with a soundbar. However, the measurement of the legs from front to back will not meet the size of your current TV stand. The measurements of the TV stand from front to back with the standard position, and the soundbar position is approximately 12 7/8 " and 12 3/4 " respectively. QuestionI have being seeing a lot on the internet that some Sony TV's repeatedly get an "Internet Browser Error" when try to stream shows on Hulu. Is that still an issue with this model?

- Answer No. A8H was not designed and marketed to gamers. This tv is meant for AV enthusiasts and non-technical viewers who want great picture at a great value but gaming is not a priority. Those with game consoles who need tv/monitor to display every last detail from the device would be better served with another model.

QuestionHow can I enable the screen zoom/aspect ratio menu? Been going crazy trying to figure it out with no luck and even tried doing a search on Google with no luck. My 3 year old watches programs with logos and I need to Zoom in so the logo won't show.

- Answer Sony won't let you zoom in on a UHD image source... If you connect a FireTV / Android Box etc. via HDMI and limit the resolution to 1080 the zoom/aspect ratio menu will be available...
