QuestionLooking to make the switch from the X900H to this. How many HDMI 2.1 ports are there that support 4k120 without having to sacrifice the e-arc?

- Answer Hi Kevin, Thank you for your inquiry. May we know how we can help with your X900H TV? The HDMI 2.1 standard is supported on X900H/X90H series, Z8H series (with the latest firmware update), X90J and up series for 2021 TV (4K 120/ALLM available at launch). VRR will also be coming via a future firmware update. These TVs uses HDMI 2.1 for ports HDMI 3 (eARC/ARC) and HDMI 4. These are the 2 ports that allows 4k at 120 fps on the TV. Also please make sure that the Enhanced signal format turned on to take advantage of 4k 120fps. Should you need further assistance, please email the below information to [email protected]. QuestionDoes the Bravia XR X90J have Chromecast built in, or just Miracast? It is odd it is not listed in the specifications, but then the actual width of the TV is incorrectly documented, but answered in the Q&A.

QuestionCan you purchase a pedestal stand rather than the leg base? 55-inch TV is perfect for the space but the table I have it on is an inch or two too narrow for the spread apart leg supports!

- Answer There are many third-party pedestal stands that work perfectly with this television. I have used them for my X90J and they are excellent and very stable. Mine are legs that attach to the VESA holes in the back. My TV corner stand is too narrow for the wide legs of most modern televisions, and no SONY would fit on it without the pedestal legs. There is no need to wall mount this when narrow profile stands are so effective and easy to install.

- Answer Hi Danny, thank you for your inquiry. Yes, you can connect a Swivel wall mount to this TV. The KD75X80J supports a 300 × 300 mm VESA wall-mount hole pattern so you can use a VESA compliant wall mount or swivel-type wall mount attachment to this TV. The size of the screw required to attach the wall mount bracket is M6 (not supplied). Note: The length of the screw for the Wall-Mount Bracket differs depending on the Wall-Mount Bracket thickness. QuestionI heard that Google smart tv is not going to allow Netflix on there platform, so am wondering if I have my tv set up with Google can I still use a Roku 4K streaming stick to get my Netflix, and if I choose not to set tv up with Google can I also use Roku

- Answer Hi curious, Our BRAVIA X90J and other BRAVIA Google TVs support the Netflix. They actually came with Netflix app. You can also connect a Roku to stream Netflix even without setting up with Google. QuestionI have auto updates for my Apps turned off. Apps I don't pay for or use will not get updated to drain my shared storage. I don't install/update Google Apps I'll never use but I do install system updates that keep my TV working properly. Is this ok to do?

There are Google apps, especially the system apps, that needs to be updated after certain period of time. You have the option to turn off the auto update function but we highly recommend updating these apps once is a little while to make sure your TV will run smoothly and to minimize any possible software-related issues. - Answer About 42”. I purchased a pedestal stand so that it would fit on my TV console with no issues. My console wasn’t wide enough to accommodate the distance between the legs. They are also about 13” deep.

- Answer Hi Hon, Thank you for the inquiry! The measurement of the table-top stand of the XR55X90J is 41 7/8 inches / 41.77 inch (1,061 mm) wide and 13 3/8 inches / 13.31 inches (338 mm) deep. Sony strongly recommends taking measures to prevent the TV from toppling over. We recommend placing the TV in a furniture or table that measurement is at least 50 " X 25 ". QuestionHow do I enable 4k 120hz using my XBOX? I even ordered an 8k compatible cable, and still, just give me the option of 4k 60hz or 1080p 120hz ... if I can't get this to 4k 120hz, I will be returning it.
