Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We had no problem with this purchase at Best Buy when we were there looking at all the TV's this is the one that we liked the best our grandson was with us & really liked the 3D we all tried the 3D glasses & had no problem The TV was delivered & hooked up by the GEEK SQUAD to our Comcast cable it was so easy just watching the hook up by connecting the wires from the cable to the TV we also received 3D glasses that work very good either you got a bad TV because if the 3D glasses do not work on your TV then check them on another 3D TV before you buy them Why would they be selling 3D glasses if they did not work

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This TV requires the ACTIVE 3-D Glasses that are $50 each, however I found that the 3-D on this model is defective!!! If your 3-D is not working as it should with the Active Glasses, then I would either try a replacement TV or return it for a different brand, as I did!!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The TV uses passive 3d glasses which you can buy for $8-$10 at Best Buy.
