- Answer Since it is an android TV, you will need just your google account, and download skype from the Google Play Store. Keep in mind you may need an usb camera with mic(it is not included in the TV).

QuestionMy TV has LOTS of bleeding / Flashlight Effects on the screen.Bought this X850C 65'' TV from bestbuys 6 days ago. TV is this normal? Its annoying when playing Playstation or watching dark movies.

- Answer Yes, it is normal. Rtings.com rates the grey uniformity a 5.5 out of 10. Which is Very poor. I returned mine because of it and bought a Samsung JS8500

QuestionTV Stand DimensionsFor those that use the stand, could you provide the dimensions (width & depth)? The reason I ask is because I have a swivel that my current TV sits on, and It use to to rotate the TV horizontally, depending on where in the room we are sitting.

QuestionBest picture settings for Blu Ray on PS4I love this tv when watching content on the apple tv and when playing games/streaming movies on the ps4, but I have yet to find a good setting for blu ray discs on the ps4. Every adjustment I have made I still have a faint soap opera effect when the camera movement sweeps or moves a bit. People that have this tv and watch blu ray discs on their ps4: could you give me your picture/advance picture settings so I could see if that looks better?

- Answer Hi Mike, Press the ACTION MENU button, then select [Picture adjustments] to make adjustments. Select [Reset] in [Picture adjustments]. If you set [Power saving] in [Eco] to [Low] or [High], the black level will be enhanced. Thnaks, >Joffrey

QuestionAny Soap Opera Effect Concerns?At this price point / quality of TV are there any worries or issues with the "Soap Opera Effect". Coming from a plasma which this isn't an issue, I am just concerned items will look "fake" like I've seen on some LED units.

- Answer None whatsoever. This was an issue with some of the 240hz led 1080p TV's from a few years ago which was the result of over interpolating the incoming frames from your source. Effectively, what was happening the TV's computer chip was creating 3 CGI frames for every original frame that was coming in, so you had more computer generated content than original content. Sony corrected this by scaling back down to a 120hz refresh rate and adding in new technologies like negative frame insertion, strobing backlights, etc.

- Answer Connect the TV monitor our HDMI connection on the back of your receiver to the HDMI input on the TV labeled "ARC". This connection will allow all video and audio to be seen on the TV no matter what input you use on your receiver. Hope this helps.

- Answer If DirecTv is broadcasting in 4K you're good to go. I know Netflix has 4K programing that I've seen. And it worked just fine.

- Answer Yikes. Don't do it. I tried settings from two reputable online sights and stuck with the one I preferred. Looks amazing. 10 minutes to modify all the settings. $250??? Save it for a higher end sound bar. You'll be glad you did.

QuestionJust purchase TV. Ask for it to update. The tv was manufactured in Nov 2015. After 20 minutes the tv is acting like it is still updating.How long should you wait because it says not to unplug the TV.

- Answer I believe you have to have a 4K signal from the source. Try searching 4K on you tube and then you will get high quality video. Not sure anyone is transmitting in 4K yet. I could be wrong.
