• I don't believe so, this unit only has one built in tuner. The only way that I can see this happening is with two cable boxes. One that would goto coaxial connection and one to hdmi or component connection or some other combo.

• You can only do PIP between TV channel and one other input...not between two inputs...e.g. you cannot do PIP with x-box and blueray player.
