I don't believe so. The Sony TV seems to access an Android app store that contains a set of apps that have been built for the tv environment.. You will find many familiar ones, and I assume that more get added, but you may not find everything you would see on your smartphone.

If you want to see specific apps available for android tv, e-mail the app developer/s and tell them you'd like them to make their app compatible with android tv!
