• No, it just operates the TV :(. I use a Harmony Elite, a Home and a 650 to operate mine (3 users).

• I believe you can program this remote with others but I dont think this is universal remote.

• No, it is only able to control the TV. The TV can control HDMI enabled sound components that allow CEC, which is enough for me. But, it is not a universal remote.
