QuestionDoes anyone else have vertical lines on the screen? It looked like grey and black bars going all the way across the screen, and when get up close can see it's actually a lot of vertical lines. They are grey and dark lines, not colored.

- Answer No, that is not right. Might be burn in, stuck pixels, or bad panel.

- Answer You can use a cable company remote but the Sony remote is all in one and controls your cable box, sound bar and of course the TV. Setup was super easy.

QuestionWhy no component inputs for this TV? The first thing my son noticed was the absence of component inputs for our wii. Is there any component jacks-to-HDMI adapter that will work to enable wii operation with this TV?

- Answer Hi SportsGuy, Thank you for your inquiry. To detach the table-top stand (feet), please follow the steps below: Remove one side of the Table-Top Stand at a time. Firmly hold the Table-Top Stand securely with both hands while the other people lift up the TV. Repeat the previous step and remove the other side of the Table-Top Stand. Please note: Be careful when lifting the TV as the Table-Top Stand is detached, the Table-Top Stand may topple over and cause personal injury. Take care when removing the Table-Top Stand from the TV to prevent it from falling over and damaging the surface that the TV is sitting on. Do not remove the Table-Top Stand for any reason other than to install corresponding accessories on the TV. Be sure the TV is vertical before turning on. To avoid uneven picture uniformity do not power on the TV with the panel facing down. Please check the reference guide for more details.
