  • QuestionHave SonyKD65X750H purchased August 202, almost 2 1/2 hrs old. Loved it until today when we couldn’t get a picture or sound. The red on light kept trying to come on, but to no avail until it just gave up. Any clue as to problem?

    Asked by Suuz17.

    • Answer Same thing happened to us. TV was just over 2 years old. Geek Squad from Best Buy came out. Said that the red blinking 6 times a cycle meant something was seriously wrong and it was. Part was not working and cost to purchase and install the part was over $500. Ended up buying a new one. Geek Squad said it could have been caused by an electrical surge even though we had a surge protector.
