QuestionCan the factory remote be programmed to use volume with a Bose without using an HDMI cable/arc, if not the other option would be aftermarket remote and lose my voice assistant button at that point , or just be stuck with using two remotes for one TV

- Answer Hi suekie2, Thanks for the question. You can use the DVR button on your remote control to switch to your cable box input provided it is connected to the TV using HDMI cable. As for the Record button, this will allow you to record the currently viewed program on a DVR. This function requires Cable/Satellite box setup and is only applicable to select regions/country and model. - Answer Yes i called sony for help when i first purchased my tv so i can register it for the warranty and they were very helpful. They are not open 24hrs so i recommend calling during normal business hours 9am-5pm

We also do not recommend to use the X75K outdoors. This TV is recommended for indoor use for best results for picture and sound quality. Using this outdoors may void your manufacturer warranty. QuestionThis Question is for Sony I have been trying to hook up a Panasonic surround sound to this TV with a RCA cable but I can't get no sound to come out it worked fine on the other TV I think it is in the TV need some help with this please

- Answer I would buy an optical cable to get the best sound for my money. RCA’s? Really? We stop using those in the 80’s LOL. Not but seriously invest a little to get a much better experience. Make sure your tv has optical output first and your speaker should have an optical input as well. And if you don’t want to invest go to the sound settings and make sure you getting the output RCA working from the tv settings.

QuestionMy brand new TV is having difficulty lining up sound with the mouth movements of actors on old TV shows. I don't see an option to change the sound speed, and the internet connection shows as excellent in the settings. Any way to fix this?

- Answer If it’s streaming you may try stopping and starting so the video can buffer. But for sync there’s no speed. Also it will prioritize audio over picture so if the connection is slow or intermittent it could appear out of sync.

- Answer Not for this particular model as well as any other Sony model to my knowledge. Hopefully in the near future, the centered tabletop stands will come back like Samsung is starting to bring back for some of its high-end TVs.
