QuestionWhy does sound on my Sony 65 inch tv keeps going completely out . Sound comes back when tv is shut down and re- started

- Answer This is a Sony fault and it is well known. I have called support with this same issue. They tried to make me install an update---which did nothing. You have to hard restart your tv every time to bring back the sound.

QuestionWe purchased this TV on Nov 25, 2019 and two weeks ago got the red light that blinks 4 times. Seeing all the great reviews I can't help but feel we got a defective TV. Has anyone else had this problem within a year of purchase? tks

- Answer go the same thing on the same tv, mine is two years old. Sony told me the repair is in Melbourne. I asked if I should put the TV on my back and carry it over there. He said use a car. I told him it's 65in. That's how helpful sony support is.

QuestionI am looking at new tv's. My old Toshiba LED has 240hz refresh, and it is 13yrs old! Why are the new tvs running 60hz and 120hz, tops?

- Answer RCBOHNO there are units out there that have 240, 480,960,1020 refresher rate the xbr950G has a 960 rate but only produces 240 but it has an excellent contrast ratio the closest to an OLED with out the price great picture I love it!!!

QuestionWe purchased this TV Nov 25, 2019 - so we've had it 13 months and last night got a 4 blink red light error. TV is too new to be having any problems. Anybody else have this issue?

- Answer On the back. Hdmi , usb , ect all on the back in two sections. One faces the connections down, the other faces the side of the TV. Hdmi and USB work as in and out put. So only one cable to talk both ways.

- Answer yes, this has some of Sonys best components. The tv is two years old but is still one of the highest models non oled. 8k is coming but not really available yet so I bought this as its going to last for awhile and looks super nice. You will want to play around with the settings, there is a preset game mode that looks good but I tweak it for my liking.

- Answer I am not sure, I think it would because I have Amazon TV and that just hooks into one of the HDMI inputs and you just have to change the tv input to which ever HDMI input you hooked it up to.

QuestionI have an old floor stand where the TV hangs off of it. Will this model fit that stand? Can I take the hangers off of the old TV and use them to hang the new one? Is it too heavy to use that type of stand?

- Answer I'm using that kind of stand as well. Mine has a cabinet at the bottom with the hanger up the back. The mounts for mine are universal and fit this tv so it worked out well. If the stand is heavy duty enough, I'd say go for it.

QuestionWill my Sony speaker fit under this 65 inch, if stand mounted. Also. Will this remote control my speaker. I have the Sony speakers SA- X9000 F. 2.5 inches high. Came with the wireless sub, but no remote. Fantastic sound.

QuestionMy denon x3600 is connected directly into my sony 75 950g TVs input. My sound usually starts off fine but suddenly goes off. When I turn off the AVR and sound switches to tv sound it works fine. Is my hdmi Sapphire hdcp 2.2 the problem?

- Answer Why not get a cheap HDMI cord and see if the problem goes away. Have you used the menu setting for audio on the TV? You can set it to Go to Menu , Settings , Speakers and set to Audio system. The TV speakers should never come on after that, even with your Denon turned off.

QuestionTv keeps rebooting upon powering up. Was serviced by geek squad, but still no chance. Now reboots randomly while viewing tv. Right now, no one answer the phone at Best Buy, does anyone have the same issue?.?

QuestionHave owned this tv for while, it’s gr3t. But as of Feb it reboots constantly upon power up. It was serviced, but continues, now reboots while watching tv randomly. Does anyone had any similar issue, right now no one at Best Buy is answering their phones.
