QuestionHow do I connect a DVD player with composite RCA jacks to the Sony composite input. Do I need a converter plug or cable? None came with the TV.

- Answer you have to buy the cable unless it came with the dvd player...if you have regular rca cable you just have to hook the same color to the same cable...it works just have to have seperate cable for audio...the best way is a hdmi cable you have to purchase all the cable separately...no cable come with the tv...

- Answer Hi Patrick, Unfortunately, the X950H doesn't support HDMI 2.1. The X950H is equipped with 4 HDMI 1.3 ports that do support EARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel) to allow for Hi res Audio including Dolby Atmos and DTSX which is considered an HDMI 2.1 feature. Our X900H will have full HDMI2.1. -Sam

QuestionMy Sony TV just died. It is literally just barely 2 years old. It is shutting off on its own after staying on for a few seconds, then a red light blinks 4 times. Spent and arm and a leg on this TV for is to crap out already! NOT HAPPY WITH SONY!

QuestionI’m having issues with the sound being very quiet. It’s not as bad when watching tv, but when watching movies via Netflix, HBO, etc. it’s very hard to hear the dialog. The action is very loud, like explosions and things, but conversation is quiet.

QuestionTv is advertised as 4k HDR but when I try to turn on HDR function on my Ps5 it auto changes the resolution to 1080 stating the device does not support HDR in 2160 (4k) resolution. Why??? This tv is more expensive than the X900H which supports 4k HDR

- Answer It may be your cable. There is also setting that needs to be changed on you settings. Set HDMI signal format to Enhanced format. On the supplied remote, press the HOME button. Select Settings or the Gear icon icon. Select External inputs in the TV category. Select HDMI signal format and set to Enhanced format.
