QuestionWhy does it restart every second and I can not get it to stop ? does not even let me use the back up camera.

- Answer Hi there, We're sorry to hear about your device. This is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have? When did the issue start happening? Were you able to boot the device without any issue? Did the issue occurred right after installation? If you haven't yet, kindly try resetting your device. Press the STANDBY button for atleast ten seconds and observe if the issue still occur. Please note that resetting your device will default back to factory settings. If the issue still occur, kindly reach out to your installer to check the wirings and connections. Regards, -Craig

You will be able to see and control certain settings and function through this head unit after you install the iDataLink Maestro module (Not supplied). The installation of this module may require a professional. - Answer I don't know about Iphone, However if you have an android you should be able to by changing connection type to "file transfer" and searching for the picture on the head unit. You could also put it on a usb flash drive and transfer it that way as well

- Answer It does come with a Sony harness, as well as other cables such as amp wiring, gps antenna, usb-c cable, and an external mic. This kit does not come with mounting brackets or a harness between your car and the stereo if you wish to install without cutting your cars wiring out.

- Answer If you have a European car like my VW or Audi or something similar, you will need to wire the accessory to something that turns off with the ignition. I wired mine to one of the cigarette lighters. Just spliced into the red wire and ran a jump wire to the red wire on the back of the radio. There are other methods, but this one only cost me a few bucks for a few feet of wire.

- Answer I have GOOGLE PIXEL 7 and it works perfect. It looks like stock when installed. EASY UPGRADE. Its wireless and can also be connected via TYPE C and on $$$ALE. I GOT THE DASH KIT AND MAESTRO KIT. The techs selected everything I needed. 1000% satisfied.

QuestionI’m not interested in blasting music all that loud and don’t need a subwoofer. Will I need an external amp if I get new speakers as well, or does this unit have a built in amp that’s good enough?

- Answer The internal amp was pretty sufficient for me (I do enjoy loud music sometimes on a drive) so I would figure you’ll enjoy it very much. I also upgraded my speakers afterwards and still have not NEEDED an external amp. it sure would help with bass as well as sound quality; but I definitely would stand by the fact you get great quality without one. There are multiple EQ settings you can choose from or custom create to make it sound best for you as well!
