    • Answer Hi, Thank you for your inquiry. The X800H TV has a range of 110-240 V. TV model purchased in the US has a power requirement of 120 V AC, 60 Hz and 110-240 V AC, 50/60Hz for other countries. It can be used outside the US and CA but with an adaptor for the power cable and a converter for the signal. Hope this helps. - Kris

  • QuestionI have a 70 inch tv currently mounted on the wall. Thinking of buying this to upgrade. Will my current wall mount hold this tv?

If your current wall mount bracket is VESA compliant with a hole pattern 15 3/4 x 15 3/4" (400 x 400 mm), then you can use it to mount the XBR85X800H. Please also note that your mount needs to be able to support the TV weight which is 97 lbs 3oz. For safety and product protection, we recommend that a qualified professional perform the installation of your TV on the wall.     • Answer i am not sure if this scenario applies to your situation, but when i opened my television box the foam that was on the top of the television stayed firmly in the box. after my cursory investigation of the lower half i was unable to locate my remote or owners manual so i forced the foam out of the top of the box and everything was there.

  • QuestionI had my Sony TV 85 inch 800 H for a week. The tv comes on automatically. When it comes on, it's in screen mode. Why is this happening and how can i correct this.

We'd like to help troubleshoot and isolate the issue. We'd like to know what are the devices connected to the TV and how are they connected? Please make sure that the software is updated as it helps to improve the overall performance of the TV. If your TV turns on or off at regular intervals, such as 30 minutes to an hour, it's likely caused by power saving functions such as Idle TV Standby, On Timer, and Sleep Timer. If the TV turns on or off when an HDMI-connected device is powered on or off, check the Bravia Sync settings. This feature may work with a compatible external USB Bluetooth Adapter or 3rd party Bluetooth applications that can be downloaded from the Google Play Store.   • QuestionHi I currently have an older Sony Android TV, and I have a lot of issues with using the ARC port with my Sonos ARC speaker. It seams to only want to work with Sony playbars. Does this TV have the same issue?

The recommended distance for watching a 4K TV is 1.5 times the TV's vertical screen size. For 85inch TV, the viewing distance range (approx.) is 63 inches (5.25 feet).   • QuestionI've heard that the black levels are not that deep and can tend to look grayish. I have a plasma currently and would like the new set to match those black levels. I mostly watch movies and therefore want the set to be the best possible for movies

  • QuestionDoes the TV output Digital Audio, Dolby via optical channel? I have a Sonos Playbar and it only accepts optical audio input channel. If the TV does not output digital audio then Sonos playbar plays it at Stereo quality which is not the best.

    • Answer Hi there, Thank you for your interest in the X800H TV. If you're referring to the WIFI standard of this tv its Protocol IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac. AC is considered 5ghz networks which this tv supports. You will need a network modem or router that supports AC standard to meet that speed. Hope this helps! -Sam

Many of the existing apps from the Google Play™ store can be downloaded to Android™ TV. There are over 5000+ apps already available with a consistent flow of new apps being released for the Android TV platform. There are two ways to determine what apps are available for an Android™ TV device. 1. If you already own an Android TV device, you can select the Google Play™ store app from the Apps menu. You can then search through all of the listed apps. 2. Using a computer, tablet, or smartphone, visit the Apps for Android TV website at https://play.google.com/store/apps/collection/promotion_3000e26_androidtv_apps_all for a list of the latest apps that are available for Android TV devices.
