    • Answer Hi, Thank you for your inquiry. The X800H TV has a range of 110-240 V. TV model purchased in the US has a power requirement of 120 V AC, 60 Hz and 110-240 V AC, 50/60Hz for other countries. If your current wall mount bracket is VESA compliant with a hole pattern 15 3/4 x 15 3/4" (400 x 400 mm), then you can use it to mount the XBR85X800H. Please also note that your mount needs to be able to support the TV weight which is 97 lbs 3oz. For safety and product protection, we recommend that a qualified professional perform the installation of your TV on the wall.     • Answer i am not sure if this scenario applies to your situation, but when i opened my television box the foam that was on the top of the television stayed firmly in the box. after my cursory investigation of the lower half i was unable to locate my remote or owners manual so i forced the foam out of the top of the box and everything was there.

  • QuestionI've heard that the black levels are not that deep and can tend to look grayish. I have a plasma currently and would like the new set to match those black levels. I mostly watch movies and therefore want the set to be the best possible for movies

  • QuestionDoes the TV output Digital Audio, Dolby via optical channel? I have a Sonos Playbar and it only accepts optical audio input channel. If the TV does not output digital audio then Sonos playbar plays it at Stereo quality which is not the best.

Many of the existing apps from the Google Play™ store can be downloaded to Android™ TV. There are over 5000+ apps already available with a consistent flow of new apps being released for the Android TV platform. There are two ways to determine what apps are available for an Android™ TV device. 1. If you already own an Android TV device, you can select the Google Play™ store app from the Apps menu. You can then search through all of the listed apps. 2.
