- Answer Hi Pachis, Sony commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority. To open the battery door of the ILCE7M3 camera, you have to move the lock lever to the directions of the arrow engraved on the door lock. You then have to pull out the battery door in the same direction. Pictures showing how to open the battery door is printed with the manuals. QuestionWhat and how can I use an external flash? I am confused on whether this is a multi-face show or a hot shoe, and if it will be compatible with godox flash products (and does that mean I have to get an adapter?

- Answer Yes, you can put a godox flash on it. This camera has a hot shoe. When you order your flash, you have to make sure it is meant for your brand of camera for this camera. It has to be a Sony all you have to do is remove the hot shoe cover and slide and lock your flash into the hot shoe.
