QuestionI try making a hands free call. I could hear the person but they can't here me.. Is there a built in mic..I hooked up the external Mic, also..no luck. Is there a special setting. Please advice

- Answer I didn’t have turn on any settings. Maybe you have the mic plugged into the wrong jack? Maybe? In my daughter’s Accord, the mic in place is place in the center of the dash right above the clock, and it picks up her voice very well. There is also the possibility the mic itself is defective.

- Answer As of right now, due to Coronavirus pandemic, BB is not doing installations at this time. However, approximately $400 and a whole 24 hours later, my deck was installed by an installation place on West Texas street in Fairfield,Ca. #NOTRECOMMENDED
