This is more of a Dragon Naturaly Speaking (DNS) question, than a question with the ICDUX200 device. I can provide that for Dragon Naturaly Speaking to convert speech to text each person talking must teach their voice to the program before hand. for any further support with the software, consult the manufacturer of DNS. The ICDUX200 will record multiple voices consecutively or concurrently, however if two people are speaking at once it will confuse the program.
