A:Answer I experienced the same thing watching regular tv, it wasn’t even 2 weeks of me owning it that I had that issue. I went over everything to make sure nothing was loose and everything was set up correctly, even turned off then back on and unplugged and replugged everything and it didn’t fix anything. I went back to Best Buy and did an exchange for another one. Same exact one, haven’t had another problem with it since. Might’ve just gotten unlucky to get a bad one like me.
