A:AnswerGenerally yes. However, it depends what signal wakes your soundbar or TV up.
Example, i use Roku to turn TV on and the sound bar goes to TV. If I turn TV off, and i use my 4k player to wake/ turn TV on, my sound bar will change to HDM1 input. Makes sense?
A:AnswerHello, Fred!
We're sorry to hear that you're having an issue mounting the soundbar. Let's try to isolate the issue by performing some troubleshooting steps on this link https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/4727/d3668cdaf4f83107b52ee9bdb84fa5a0/47275331M.pdf (Pg.29).

A:AnswerThe Bluetooth in your home does have a limited frequency. As you stated, the more Bluetooth devices you have running simultaneously, the faster you use up the Bluetooth available to you and your home.
We have experienced the same thing but we didn’t until after we purchased the rear speakers that attach to our sound bar via Bluetooth. We have one of the Amazon Alexa, three Amazon dots, Bluetooth speakers on my computer, both cell phones connected to the Internet in our home via Bluetooth, etc. etc. etc.
With all of our many Bluetooth devices it seems that we to have reached the point where we have no Bluetooth to spare.
This is in the technical and scientific answer, but I hope it helps. Best of luck to you!
A:AnswerI sit about 8 feet away from the sub and main bar, then about 2 feet away from the rear speakers behind me. I set the voice at 1, then I set the decibel levels of the rears to 2. The front I have set to 3. For my setup and ears, this gives me the best balance. I use it primarily for gaming and movies as a secondary.
A:AnswerI had a similar issue with mine. The sound was crackly when using the apps (regular TV was fine). I did a hard reset on the TV and the issue went away.
A:AnswerIm using the soundbar with a sony 65X965G. I can say that has an amazing sound and more when you are listening music by youtube, I never had compatibility issues with my TV. But sometime you have to update the system. I
A:AnswerYou just answered this question and told me I had to go to my TV source and put in the source that was connecting my Sony Sound bar to my TV I don't have the special HDMI they refer to on my TV. I have many HDMI ports but no eARC/ARC ports. It was necessary to use an optical connection between my TV and my sound bar. How do I get information from my home button to my TV screen. I don't see anything coming up that shows a resource of fiber optics. I just want to connect my rear speakers and their adjustments. Where do we go from here?
A:AnswerHello, Kay!
No, those brackets are specifically designed to mount the speaker to the wall. Please check page 29 of the user's manual for the instructions:

A:AnswerHi, Nate!
The XBR55X950G doesn't have too much stand clearance. You may find these links helpful for the approximate dimension of the soundbar and television.

A:AnswerHi, psycho4sound!
We are sorry to hear what happened. You may try to power reset your soundbar by unplugging it from the power for at least 60 seconds then power it on. If that doesn't work, replace the HDMI cable that you are using and try again. You may also find this link helpful.

A:AnswerYou should be able to use any blu Ray player you choose. Either run it through a open hdmi port on the sound bar itself or hook it straight to the tv via hdmi. As long as the sound bar is hooked to the tv using a arc hdmi port it can take audio being feed into the tv’s other hdmi ports and feed them to the sound bar.
