A:AnswerYou select your radio station by using the Tuning roller on the side of the radio. You move this to find the station of your choice whether on AM or FM. You'd have to use the Tuning thing to re-select your station if you go between AM and FM.

A:AnswerDoesn't appear to. The power cord functions as a FM antenna. A ferrite bar AM antenna is built into the unit. You can rotate the unit horizontally to get your best reception.
