  • QuestionCan these be used for gaming and chatting at the same time? Most earbuds I've used will only allow one or the other and not mix the 2

    • Answer When plugged into a PC, two audio devices are added - the Game device, and the Chat device and the INZONE Hub app allows you to adjust the mix. If you are referring to chatting via a second attached Bluetooth phone: doubtful. They only support LE Audio, and only a handful of phones can even connect.

  • QuestionThese are by far the best Ive experienced to date, however i have been getting complaints from teammates regarding my background noise coming thru louder than my actual voice. Do these earbuds have NC for the mic so that they dont pick up background noise

    • Answer Unfortunately, I believe the only workaround is to use a separate mic. Most of the TWS gaming earbuds have mediocre microphones at best. Some people use an over the ear headset for the mic, or an ear-hook mic.

    • Answer Hi Michael, Thanks for the inquiry. Yes, the earbuds come with extra ear pieces. In order not to fall out, change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different. Regards, -Craig

    • Answer Yes, they’re primarily for ps5 although they also work for PC. I’ve bought 4 pairs for family I game with on ps5 for Christmas and they all love them. There’s advanced settings you can tinker with by setting them up with a pc but all 4 people I bought them for say they’re perfect for ps5 right out the box.
