IT SAYS IT DOES BUT I HAVE NEVER TRIED IT. SPECIFICALLY IT STATES " CUSTOMIZE YOUR MOVIE BY ADDING TEXT, CREDIT ROLLS AND ANIMATED TITLES. GOOD LUCK

Yes. Along with transitions and effects. Ex.) Drag and drop the 'Credit Roll' Media Generator in front of your video clip. Select it, add your wording, modify with effects (like fade in/out in many different ways), add a sound clip with sound fade to blend into your video. Do the same for the end. Render and done. Use the video trainers and guides when you first start and to help with more advanced options down the road.
