Q: QuestionWhat is a cheaper (hate to say that) all around smaller lens. I I want to carry my new a9 around without the giant lens, but I dont want to wast money again on something that won't work well. No GM lens at this time.
Asked by Graciemichelle.
- A:Answer Look at Samyang or Rokinon 35mm f/2.8 for half the cost of Sony 35mm f/2.8. If youre looking for a zoom lens you won’t find any that is small and compact. GL

Q: QuestionWould this work well with a A7 iii?
Asked by Socalcamera.
- A:Answer I have been using it on my A7 iii with no issues at all. The images are very sharp and distortion is slightly less than what I'd expect in a 35mm lens (at least for a film camera which is my point of reference). It's light and compact, which makes it easier to bring the camera along more often.
