- Answer I use to work for Netflix. Call the customer service number for Netflix and ask a representative to assist you in removing the previous owner's Netflix account from your device. I use to help customers with this issue all the time when I worked there. Good luck!

Questionwhen playing DVDs on her vizio smart tv the image gets skewed. Like just a bit... I can't tell what aspect ratio it should be for the DVD. It's showing in 16:9. The TV remote changes nothings and i cant tell what i should do on thr blu-ray one.

- Answer Image quality is solely governed by the TV, so there won't be any controls for it on the remote for the bluray player; I would suggest swapping HMI cables and seeing if that clears the issue, then rechecking the tv remote one more time. For the DVD itself, it's either 4:3 or 16:9 and should say which it is on the case. It could be 4:3 upscaled to 16:9, which sometimes produces distortion noticeable on an HD screen.
