“I can't get my SRS-ZR5 speakers to pair with my HT-Z9F sound bar, tried multiple times, had the units right next to the sound bar. They are not seen by the sound bar”

Please try again later.You must make sure they’re updated to the latest firmware, next on (home) from your soundbar control menu, select stereo speakers set up and follow the instructions. Make sure you press and hold the set up as long as it takes for the soundbar to recognize them and connect. Got to mention this again, in the back of the speakers there’s 2 buttons. One that says SET UP. And the other one says Stereo pair or something like that. So make sure you’re pressing the right one and follow instructions
