“I hooked the sound bar up to the Verizon box for the TV with the RCA audio cable-the sound works great. The DVD player and the Amazon fire stick don't work for sound. What must I do? Can't find anything in the information that speaks to that problem. Tks.”

• We had to use an sux cord in the tv for our Xbox and Roku to work.
