we leave the sound bar constantly therefore only having to use the tv remote. also, we use the volume control and not the mute botton
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This soundbar comes with its own remote. Have you used it to select the correct input and the desired volume? In my experience, the TV remote controls the volume from the TV speakers while the soundbar remote controls the volume from the soundbar.
