• A:Answer I just ordered it on 12/31/2022 should get it delivered and installed today 1/3/2023. The only thing is that a regular Best Buy store doesn’t sell it. You have to go to a stand-alone Pacific Sales store to be able to order it.

Q: QuestionIs the knob supposed to move during the selected cycle? The washer seems to be going through all stages of the cycle, but the knob stays where it was originally put.

• A:Answer For our TR7, it has a digital display without any knobs. On our other models with knobs, the cycle selector will not move as adjusting the knob is how you select which cycle runs.

Q: QuestionI have the washwr and dryer. I am so disappointed. I was hoping for an easy, reliable pair without electronics. Instead, the electronics constantly give us fits on both washer and dryer. I do not recommend these.

Q: QuestionHow do I get the flashing light to stop? I was just trying to soak some clothes and lifted the lid and the water stopped and the flashing g will not stop?

• A:Answer Hi, Kaydee! To soak items, use the Soak option if available on the washer. The machine can only operate with the lid closed. So, if you open the lid during a cycle, it will pause the cycle. You can resume the cycle by closing the lid and pressing Start.

To do a cleaning cycle, set the washer to Heavy Duty, Hot water, Large load size, Max soil level, and add your washer safe cleaner to the empty tub before starting. You can add the Soak option if looking for a deeper clean!
