- Answer The unit does not come with a rain cover or shield. I have mine mounted under the eave of the house where it stays dry. Blowing rain might be an issue.

QuestionI purchased two wireless cameras with solar panels. One of the cameras won’t charge from either solar panel. I have to remove the batteries and charge with USB. Both panels will charge the second unit.

QuestionI think the Pro version can run 2.4 or 5 GHz wi-fi (the Plus version uses only 2.4). Can I choose (like 2.4 for greater distance or 5 for higher speed) or does the device think it's smarter than I am about which bandwidth is right for my situation?

QuestionAnyone having issues with the lights not turning on when there’s motion? I get alerts on my phone just fine. I just can’t seem to get the lights to turn on at night with motion.

- Answer The camera detects movement so yes, if the car pulls up or drives out it will trigger the camera. Be sure you adjust the zone(s) for motion.

- Answer It's on the bottom portion of the camera you turn it to the left and pull down. Once battery is out you charge it with the wire that was sent with it in the box. I usually charge ours for a few hours while I'm at home.

- Answer the battery life depends on a lot of things , motion detectors settings , what type of things you want the camera to do, because they have alarms and lights. when i am home during the day, i may turn my off or make them snooze for a 8 hours. my last 2 weeks average, thats with one battery installed, . i bought 2 extra battery's to change them out. they do hold 2 battery's at one time. you have to set that up at the time of set up., hope this helps. you find out things as you work with it and the more you read up on it
