Q: QuestionI just bought the arctis 1 wireless headset and it is only wireless for other systems and not xbox.. is this a headset made wireless just for xbox? Or is it the same deal where you say its wireless but its actually not wireless for xbox

• A:Answer These are completely wireless for Xbox. Also completely wireless for PS4 and Switch. Just switch the dongle from Xbox to USB.

Q: QuestionDoes this work with PC? It looks like it should, just got thrown off by xbox being in the name so I just want to confirm. Also how's the latency on it? The last wireless headphones I used had noticeable lag, but those were bluetooth not 2.4ghz.

• A:Answer Yeah it works with PC. Comes with a USB wire that has a C type plug-in for wireless. Works right out of the box.

Q: QuestionThis is my second headset, returned the first for not powering on. I have the usb plugged in on the back of the Xbox, let the headset charge overnight. And it still will not power on. Am I doing something wrong or have I just gotten 2 duds?

• A:Answer I had the same trouble, charged them all night and they still wouldn't turn on. But I found a fix. Gently remove the foam cups from the ear pieces and look for a small hole (distinct from the speaker holes) on the inside of one ear cup. This is the reset switch. I don't recall which side it was on, unfortunately, but just use a paper clip to press the button inside that hole to reset the headphones. They should power on after that. Hope that helps.

Q: QuestionI know it says xbox version but would it work for PS4 as well? I only have a PS4 but I would love to get this version.

• A:Answer These will work for PS4. They work on all consoles, I got the xbox version because i like the design better and am currently using it on my ps4 with no problems. Chat and audio both work perfectly. If you hook them up to a PC you can also download the software and adjust the EQ and mic volume and stuff and the settings save for when you use them on your PS4 again.

Q: QuestionWhen will they be in stock again? I bought one about 4 months ago, loved it a lot, and then Steel Series pushed out a firmware update on it and now it wont connect wirelessly. Just decided its worth the price and am willing to drop another 100$ for it.

• A:Answer Contact their support site and download their Steelseries engine on your computer. There is a update that rendered the headset wireless feature on console broken but you need the engine to update your headset. https://pt.steelseries.com/engine Also, they made very few so best shot is one of those unopened or refurbished ones on Ebay

Q: QuestionI Cant get this to work wireless on the xbox but I can the Ps4 and Pc no problem. I have the Dongle set to xbox and have updated Via the SteelSeries Engine 3. Anyone else have this issue? I have reset my xbox several times as well

• A:Answer The battery life is really good. I’ve owned it about 3 weeks now and have yet had the battery die on me. Out of the box the headset was at about 80 percent to start. I’d say a full charge should take about 2 - 4 hours.

Q: QuestionI got this headset and love it , but when I tried to use my mic in a voice chat it does not work. I can hear the people in the party+the game audio but I can’t talk. The usb is plugged in, my mic is unmuted. Not sure what the prob is but I need help.

• A:Answer Disconnect and reconnect the usb connected to your Xbox it should reconnect and if it does it again completely disconnect the usb again and reset your Xbox. Turn your Xbox on after it’s reset and then connect your headset to your Xbox again.

Q: QuestionJust purchased these, indicator says it’s at full battery but when I press the power button I don’t hear a tone nor does the headset turn on. Am I missing a step? It’s for Xbox and the transmitter is plugged in and toggled to the Xbox option.

• A:Answer I don't think so the dongle it uses to connect to the console uses USB-C so you would need some kind of adapter but that would be pretty bulky connected to a phone.

• A:Answer An individual chat mixer with game/chat balancing is few and far between in gaming headsets. You could use the included 3.5mm cable and buy(if you do not own one) the Xbox stereo headset adapter for those features.

Q: QuestionDoes this work wireless on the xbox for both chat and audio? Does it require the adapter to be wireless on the xbox? Does it work on the ps4 as well and if thats the case does the ps4 edition work on the xbox? Is the adapter replaceable if lost?

• A:Answer Yes this works for both, only downside you can’t adjust the chats mixer like you would be able to do with a wired headset. The included adaptor attaches to the USB port on your console and becomes wireless and can be used on Xbox and PS4.
