• A:Answer There are two ways. 1. Connect the device to WiFi, download their app on a smartphone, and use the app to transfer pictures from the phone to the device. 2. It comes with a cable that you can use to connect it to a computer. Once connected, there’s a way to put it into transfer mode and copy pictures from the computer to the device. I forget what the exact icon is; it’s not in the instructions, so I just tried menu options til I found one that worked.

They don’t include that information in their instructions, but one of the menu options lets you put it into data transfer mode. I’m afraid I don’t remember which option, since it’s been about a month since I set it up.
