• For both answers, is that with or without the waterproof case on the 7? Because when i tried it on my hero 5 with the waterproof case the light did not lay flush with the lens

• I ran into the same question. I have a Hero 4 and a Hero 7 black. It fits both of those just fine. I would have to assume it would also fit the 5 black.
