• Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. This unit only requires to be connected to the internet (via the Ethernet port on the back) to have remote access. This unit will use the HomeSafe View Application by Swann that is free on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. There are no additional service fees for remote access.
