QuestionIf dvr is recording 24hrs a day,how many days would it take before it's filled? Secondly,will the dvr automatically delete or write over old files?

- Answer 1. It will depend on the resolution you have the video set to record at. 2. It will automatically write over the old files.

QuestionCouldn't you plug in a DLink DWA-130C or a Netgear WNA-3100 to the USB port on the back of the NVA to make it WiFi??? Or a 3 port hub into that socket so you could still plug in a flash drive or an external hard drive as well? One less wire to run!

- Answer To 'Anonymous'... Yes, I meant the DVR, but your one word answer really didn't help..... The only thing that the directions for the Netgear N300 WiFi USB Adapter tells you is to plug it into a USB port and the software will show you a list of the available wireless networks in the area, then you join it and press the WPS button on the adapter and within 2 minutes you press the WPS button on your wireless router. Then they SYNC. So, is there a reason it won't work with the DVR??? Could you please explain a little further? Is it because this system is Analog and not Digital??? If the signal is passed to the router by a CAT 5 or CAT 6 cable, it is undoubtedly able to be sent wirelessly...right?? I realize that the signal from the camera can't be sent wireless to the DVR, But I can't see why it can't be from the DVR to the Wireless Router. I'm assuming that you install these systems, but want to remain anonymous, am I correct?

QuestionAre the cables to the cameras bury-able??? And if not, can any bury-able cable be purchased somewhere?? I have to go to a couple of out buildings so I need to bury the wiring.

- Answer I ran my Bnc cables (ones came with system) through pvc pipe under ground to out building works great , BUT few things to do make sure pvc joint sealed and with right glue don't use regular glue for electrical pvc pipe( gray color) it will NOT last. Make sure cable ends (power and BNC connectors) exit both ends of pipe, you don't want these in pipe (moisture problem). I used a true 90 electrical gray pvc fitting at both ends pvc pipe into buildings (true 90 has access panel on back with two screws ,easy to run cables through . And for ease of pulling cables I went with 1 1/2" pipe for 4 cameras
