A:AnswerHi Dee. Yes, you can setup the cameras on different networks (and even different parts of the world) and view them all at the same time on the same Swann Security app account. We sell this camera in different pack options such as 1, 2 or 4-packs. The Swann website will have all our pack options if you cannot already find what you’re looking for on BestBuy.

A:AnswerHi LCRD. This camera only supports motion based recording as it is a battery powered device and so the battery would drain very quickly if it continuously recorded. You will need internet to access clips on the camera. If you wish to record continuously you would need one of our hard drive based DVR or NVR systems. Alternatively there are some mains powered WiFi cameras out there from other brands which may offer 24/7 cloud recording if you pay them a monthly subscription.

This camera includes 1 day of free cloud storage and when you go to view clips under the Playback section of the Swann Security App, it is these cloud clips that you are seeing. You have the option of extending this cloud storage to 60 days via a monthly subscription to our Secure+ service. Take into consideration the amount of walls the Wi-Fi signal must pass through and their construction. The more solid the building material or the more metal the signal must pass through the more impact it has on the Wi-Fi signal. Also take note of electrical equipment and other appliances that may affect the Wi-Fi signal. Some experimentation with locations may be required to get the optimal signal, check the signal strength in the app to give you a guide on the most suitable placement options.
