QuestionIs a shorter power cord available? I only need about three feet for all my locations.

- Answer The camera comes with the power extension and you don't have to use it. The camera has a power adapter that can be plugged directly into the camera without using the extension.

QuestionCan this camera record motion from inside the house looking outside through a closed window? If so, how long is the recording time?

- Answer Hello Batt, The nature of PIR sensors is that they detect warm moving objects. Given that glass is quite a good insulator, it actively blocks this heat from the camera's PIR sensor and so the sensor cannot detect motion even though you can see movement happening. - Answer Push notifications work with the PIR thermal sensors. The system will send an alert to your smartphone if the cameras detect heat and motion within a 32 ft range.
