Q: QuestionWhat is the highest resolution this 6k system will record at 30 fps, AND, can it also record at say, 1 or 2 fps 24/7 (at least on one camera)? Thanks

• A:Answer Hi Banda. The cameras in this system can record 6K at 15fps, or you have the option to change the setting to 4K at 30fps (real time) if you prefer. If you do opt to reduce the resolution to 4K then the image will be cropped a little, so it will not be as wide or high as on the 6K setting. You cannot take a snap shot every second 24/7, but you can set as many cameras as you like to 24/7 continuous recording if you prefer. -SD, Swann Team

Q: Questionwill this system turn on by itself after a short power failure have generator start up in 10 seconds

• A:Answer Hi Puppy. Yes, the system will resume its normal operation as soon as it gets power again. One thing to be aware of though is that hard drives don’t love having their power suddenly cut if they’re in the middle of writing data. As long as your power cuts are infrequent and not a daily event then it should be OK. Alternatively you could look at backup power storage options such as a UPS (uninterrupted power supply) for important equipment. -SD, Swann Team

Q: QuestionCamera is 12 mp, nvr is capable of recording up to 8mp, whats the point of having 12 mp if my nvr records in 8 mp? Am referring to playback from record, not live view from camera
