  • QuestionHow much time it takes to charge the battery?

    Asked by Kashi.

    • Answer Hi there, Your SWFT e-bike will come partially pre-charged. This is due to transport regulations and safety. Before your first ride, we recommend giving your e-bike battery a full and complete charge. Make sure your battery indicator light on your charger reads green before you disconnect your charger and take your first ride. The FLEET's charging time is around 6 hours. To help prolong your battery life, we recommend you charge your battery when the battery level on your display reads at around 25%. We do not recommend letting your battery drain to 0% too often to avoid causing battery strain. Another great way to help extend the battery's lifespan is to avoid over-charging the battery. Make sure to charge your e-bike according to our recommended charge times, and disconnect when the charging indicator turns green to show you that your e-bike battery is fully charged. Don't forget to register your ride using the link provided below to ensure that your battery is covered under the 12 month warranty. • QuestionMy battery pack came uncharged and with 2 flat tires, how should I proceed?

    Asked by Keem.

    • Answer I understand that no Li-ion battery comes fully charged, but usually they come partially charged. When I say 2 flat tires I dont mean uninflated. I mean there were snake punctures in the tubes and I ended up having to repair both of them. The battery still hasnt held a charge even after charging
