“One answer says it doesn't come with a hose and another answer says it must be vented - so...???”

• It comes with the window kit. So you won’t have to purchase anything separate. The hose is for if you want to use it to dehumidify.

• This Portable AC does indeed come with an exhaust hose that is connected to the back of the unit and then to a window using the window kit to push warm air out of the room. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
