QuestionHi - Does anyone know if we can reset the "short cut" buttons on the Roku remote - Mine came with Disney+ and I will never need that - would love to be able to reset that to a service I use. Thanks a bunch,

- Answer Unfortunately those buttons are permanent but you could use voice or maybe find another remote

- Answer Don't have a large enough living room to give you great opinion. I saw comments about Sony having better side viewing. I own two TCLs and love them both; THE BEST DEAL for the price, period. Maybe just go with the 70 or 80 inch, if your area is big enough to worry about side viewing; 65 probably not the right size for what you need. Again, cannot go wrong with TCL

- Answer It depends how much you watch TV and if it's not a lemon but generally they are supposed to last at least 5 to 10 years I know a friend of mine who has a 2010 Vizio and it still works perfect he got the TV for me in 2013

QuestionI know there is a headphone jack on this TV, But I want to know if I can use my astro A20 headset with this TV or any other wireless headset for when Im watching TV and don't want to wake anyone if it's late and they are sleeping?

- Answer I just looked and yes there is a headphone jack on the tv. It's on the side of the tv where the hdmi ports are.

- Answer After taking another tv back due to limitations in brightness, I don't know how much brighter a TV could get. We have this TV in a room with 2 large windows and a set of french doors, so we get a good amount of natural light in the room. After dialing in and adjusting the settings, we usually keep the tv set down 2-3 levels on the brightness scale I can't tell you if it would work perfectly in your setting, but it is by far the brightest TV we have, or tested in our house, out of about 6 TV's. Super happy with brightness and picture quality.

- Answer Our TCL Roku TVs do not currently support Bluetooth. Additionally, if using headphones with the TV, it will automatically disable the TV speakers and all other audio outputs. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

QuestionMy Sony 4k player hooked to my tcl 65 inch mini led tv. The voices do not match up with the video that is on the screen. Tried the av sync option in the Sony menu and turned it to 120ms, the highest it will go, and it still doesn’t match. How to fix this?

- Answer Had the same issue with another sound bar. I think it's the TV. Ivw gotten good results by simply turning it off and back on. Not the best option, but fixed it.

QuestionWhy is the picture from my Verizon HD cable box delayed 4-5 minutes every time I turn it on? I get the sound right away, but cannot change stations. I've been through every HD and picture setting on the Roku menu that I can find.

- Answer Ask Verizon, that sounds like it's their problem if your on the hdmi port and thats happening. You can also try to change the hdmi port.

QuestionIf I have a problem with my TCL tv that I got a few months ago do I contact TCL since it’s in it’s first year of warranty or do I call GEEK SQUAD since I have extended warranty.? Plus I don’t seem to be able to access settings to calibrate. this unit

- Answer TCL. And after their warranty expires, you go with the extended warranty. Hopefully, you didn't buy those extended warranties that start immediately. Instead of after your original warranty from TCL ends.

- Answer Yep! The ROKU operating system is built in so anything you can stream on other ROKU devices should work normally.
