“It is showing screen dimensions of 57.6 wide x 38.1 tall. I think one of these dimensions have to be wrong because diagonally it is supposed to be 74.5 and that math doesn't add up (A^2 + B^2 = C^2). Anyone know the actual dimensions?”

Product Size (WxHxD) without Stand 66.2" x 38.1" x 3.4" is the dimension listed on TCL website. Product Size (WxHxD) with Stand 66.2" x 40.6" x 15.9" Stand Separation Distance 57.1"

Go into the store and measure it in person. The dimensions you listed are accurate.
