Q: QuestionJust picked up this sound bar, got home & saw on the box that it is for tvs 55" & up. I have the 32" TCL Roku tv. Can it still be used with it or could you recommend a different one? Thank you for your assistance.

• A:Answer I bought same unit and yes it does work your 32 inch tcl smart television. You just have to use the optical cable.

Q: QuestionI have this soundbar connected to a TCL 55” 4k 4-series via HDMI (ARC) and the sound quality is terrible. There is no bass whatsoever. Any suggestions for improvement? I love the TCL TVs (this is the third one I have purchased) and had high hopes.

• A:Answer There are different sound modes (Music, Movie, and News) that can be changed based on what you are watching to better suit the content. You may want to try changing to a different mode to better fit the content you are watching. The sound modes can only be changed using the TCL Alto remote that comes with the soundbar. • A:Answer It depends on whether your model has an HDMI ARC port. You can see if your TV has it by looking at the HDMI port labels. Mine was HDMI 3. Once connected to that port it disabled the TV's speakers so it could control the volume of the sound bar.
