The additional footage is actually in the film where the first sentinel sphere hits the priest in the head. It is Incorporated so you would never know it was initially cut out. There are a couple of additional pieces when the tall man meets his demise but the main scene to look out for is the priest versus the sentinel sphere in the mortuary hallway
