• A:Answer Hello there, Here is how to change the date/time: 1. Insert SD card into PC/MAC via USB reader and open PC viewer or File explorer 2. Select Dash Cam Settings > System Settings 3. Under Time Zone select the desired UTC Value 4. Ensure the Daylight Savings Time Setting has been set. For further information, click here.

Q: QuestionHello, I was wondering what type of usb charger it takes? I know one end plugs into the cigarette lighter socket in the car, but what about the other end?

• A:Answer Hello there! The F70 uses a microphone jack end! For example, the 12V cable plugs into the cigarette lighter socket, and then the other end (Jack end) plugs into the front camera DC-IN Port.

Q: QuestionCan it still record when the car is turned off?

• A:Answer To enable Parking Mode, the Dash Cam must be wired with our Hardwiring Kit or our OBD Cable. This way, the Dash Cam will continue to receive power once the vehicle is off. You will hear the Dash Cam announcing "parking recording will now start". This won't work with Always-On 12V cigarette ports, as the Dash Cam won't recognize that the vehicle is off. This will result in the Dash Cam staying on, but not switching to Parking Mode, which might cause battery drainage.

Q: QuestionOk so just to be clear, if someone is on the side of my car and their kid hits my door with theirs it will detect and record this? Or will this camera just stay pointed toward the front of the car? Can the camera see on the sides of my car?

• A:Answer Hello There, The F70 Dash Cam records the road ahead. With audio enabled you should be able to hear the impact to the side of the vehicle when playing back the recorded files.

• A:Answer Hello Paul, You have the option of 2 Parking Modes. Either Energy Savings Mode or Motion + Impact Detection. Both of these modes record only if an incident were to occur, and do not record continuously like while driving. All Video/Audi Files are recorded as a .mp4
